Evangelista said.

Regina Rendal-Evangelista, Clerk of Court V, RTC Branch 90, Dasmariñas City, comprehensively discussed the legal bases on the rights of PWDs and LWDs that are aligned with the context of DepEd, such as RA 7277, known as the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, DepEd Order No. 044, s. 2021, or the Anti-Bullying Act, and DepEd Order pertaining to Child Protection Policy.
