To demonstrate learning through a showcase of students’ talents in dancing and singing, engage students in different competency-based output activities, and unleash students’ potential, the school held the culminating activity on Friday, June 16, 2023.
This event was hosted by MAPEH and TLE Department with the title “SAYAWIT and Expo 2023”. And was headed by Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, and facilitated by Mr. Reynaldo Colima, OIC Department Head – MAPEH and Ms. Regine Reforma, OIC Department Head -TLE.
Mrs. Chereyna Guantia, EPS- MAPEH, and Mr. Rogin O. Contemprato, PSDS Cluster 10, have witnessed the talents and skills of Tropicalian Learners when it comes to performing a song or a dance in the Sayawit and preparing delicious food that were sold by the students during this program.
In the first part of the whole-day program, students from Grades 7-10 showed their ability, poise, and confidence in dancing. Also, selected students performed Galaw Pilipinas.
In the second part, students who are inclined in music sang and played instruments that were enjoyed by their audience.
Meanwhile, the TLE Department headed by Ms. Regine C. Reforma supervised Expo 2023, where students installed different mini-stores and sold various products such as chicken, desserts, snacks, and many others. Also, teachers and learners really enjoyed the photo booth installed in the library.
Generally, this activity ended successfully with the help and cooperation of everyone.

Mrs. Chereyna Guantia, EPS in MAPEH, met MAPEH teachers and expressed praises and commendation for their time and effort in teaching the learners. She also gave technical assistance to them in conducting this kind of culminating activity.
