TVNHS conducts a despedida program for Ma’am Annaliza R. Dimailig and Ma’am Laura B. Ambata who eventually decide to retire and spend their entire lives with their families on December 15, 2023.

TVNHS Holds Year-End Gathering Party
Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, together with the Head Teachers, teaching and non-teaching, held a year-end gathering party at the covered court on December 15, 2023.
It began with the opening remarks given by Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Head Teacher III, and was followed by a special message from Dr. Creus.
Fun games, raffle draws, food, etc. were prepared and enjoyed by all the teachers, non-teaching personnel, security personnel, and utility personnel.
Meanwhile, before this event ends, some Brgy. officials, namely, Hon. Eduardo L. Umali, Hon. Noel C. Lacson, Hon. Orly C. Corpus, and Hon. Dennis L. Magsino arrived and gave an additional cash gift for the raffle.
And for this, TVNHS teachers and personnel went home happy and thankful because all of them received a present. This would not be possible without the unwavering support of all the stakeholders in the school.

TVNHS Holds Students Year-End Gathering Party
The school held a year-end gathering party for students facilitated by the SSLG under the leadership of Wafa Omar, SSLG President, with the guidance of its adviser, Mr. Samuel Poblete.
There were various contests conducted during this event, such as Gear Me Up for students and teachers, Joyful Carols, which were participated in by all grade levels, and Jingle Moves, which was participated in by grades 7, 8, and 10.
Meanwhile, the Hon. Ryan T. Santor, Brgy. Captain and some Brgy. Officials, namely, Hon. Eduardo L. Umali, on. Noel C. Lacson, Hon. Orly C. Corpus, and Hon. Dennis L. Magsino visited the school and handed out some Christmas gifts for the Teachers’ Year-End Gathering. And for this, the school is really grateful for the blessings and support given by them.
This event ended with the awarding of certificates and prizes to the winners in each contest.

Tropicalian Learners Receive Gifts from Saint Joseph Academy Dasmariñas Inc.

Accordingly, Mr. Donald C. De Guzman, School Head of Saint Joseph Academy of Dasmariñas Inc., expressed his support for TVNHS and eventually signed the Memorandum of Agreement as the school’s partner in achieving and providing quality education.

Tropicalian learners dance enthusiastically in the street dancing and contest proper during the Valenciana Festival at Malabon, Gen. Trias City on December 12, 2023.

TVNHS held its Second Quarter School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment (SMEA) for School Year 2023-2024 on December 11, 2023, in accordance with D.O No. 44, Section 2010 and Division Memorandum 461, Section 2020 and which was attended by Dr. Rogin O. Contemprato, PSDS Cluster 8, selected teaching and non-teaching personnel, SPTA Officers, TVHOA Officer, and Youth Leaders.

Mrs. Jenilyn S. Loyola, Master Teacher I, Ms. Irene M. Dulay, Teacher III, and Ms. Regine C. Reforma, Teacher III, presented the 9th Cycle Research Proposal at the SDO Gen. Trias City and hosted by GenTri. Saliksik on December 12, 2023.

On December 7, 2023, Learners with Special Needs showcase their talent in Poster Making Contest in the Multi-purpose Room with the theme, “Pasko sa Puso ng Pamilyang Filipino”. Mrs. Angelita P. Allarey, Inclusion Coach, facilitates it.

On December 1, 2023, TVNHS holds a seminar on “Sangguniang VAW Help Desk” to teachers, students and parents at the Multi-Purpose Room with the presence of the resource speaker , PSMS (Police Senior Master Sergeant) Lovely G. Gonzales, Chief, WCPD (Women and Children Protection Desk) General Trias City.

On December 5, 2023, TVNHS participates in the 2023 Division Christmas Party with the theme “Paskong Panatag Para sa Gentrisenyong Matatag” at the Gen. Trias Convention Center. This is organized by the SDO General Trias City, headed by Daisy Z. Miranda, CESO V, and the City of General Trias, headed by Hon. Luis “Jon-Jon” A. Ferrer IV, Hon. Jonas Glyn P. Labuguen, Vice Mayor, and other City Councilors and Cong. Antonio “Ony” A. Ferrer. The main focus of the celebration is the outstanding work and contributions made by both teaching and non-teaching staff in giving the Kabataang Gentriseños a high-quality education.

TVNHS participates in DepEd’s 236K Trees Nationwide Tree Planting Activity
To ensure a clean and green environment for Filipino children and future generations, the Department of Education (DepEd) has instructed all public schools nationwide to plant 236K trees. Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte issued DepEd memorandum no. 69 series of 2023, which outlined the guidelines on the implementation of the project entitled “DepEd’s 236K trees – A Christmas Gift for the Children.”
“This is an initiative that aims to promote environmental preservation and instill environmental responsibility among Filipino children,” Duterte said in the DepEd memorandum.

Pursuant to House Bill 79 or Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Act , this bill establishes the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Inter-Agency Council (APPIAC), and in coordination with the CSWD (City Social Welfare and Development) Office, TVNHS facilitates a three -hour activity to selected Grade 7- 10 learners entitled ”Handa Na Ba Ako?: A Symposium on Teenage Pregnancy’.”

Book Lovers’ Club Officers, under the guidance of Mrs. Lynn T. Dimacali, Librarian/LR Coordinator, organize various school contests at the library such as Word Hunt, Poster Making, Book Mark Making, Quiz Bee, Spelling Bee, and Interpretative Reading, in observance of National Book Week Celebration 2023 and National Library and Information Services Month (DM No.554 s. 2023).

TVNHS Teachers actively participate in group collaboration and presentation of output in each activity given by the facilitator during the Division Roll-out on Higher-Order Thinking Skills Professional Learning Packages (HOTS-PLPs) in English, Science, and Mathematics for NLC Teachers held on November 28-30, and December 1, 2023.
