TVNHS held its Second Quarter School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment (SMEA) for School Year 2023-2024 on December 11, 2023, in accordance with D.O No. 44, Section 2010 and Division Memorandum 461, Section 2020 and which was attended by Dr. Rogin O. Contemprato, PSDS Cluster 8, selected teaching and non-teaching personnel, SPTA Officers, TVHOA Officer, and Youth Leaders.
The program began with the registration of all participants. It was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, opening prayer, and presentation of all the participants through an audio-visual presentation.
Mrs. Jenilyn S. Loyola, SMEA Coordinator, presented the program’s statement of purpose, while Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, went through the data presentation on the school dashboard.
Also, Dr. Rogin O. Contemprato, PSDS Cluster 8, expressed his support and encouragement in the conduct of the Tropical Village National High School’s 1st Quarter SMEA. He also commended the school for the organized conduct of the SMEA.
Teachers and Project Coordinators discussed the ways forward, key findings in the following key performance indicators: Enrollment status, Project SAGIP CONNECT, Madrasah Education Program, Learners with Disability, Project SINuLiD STAR, Project SINuLiD SIKAP, Project SINuLiD Back to Square One, LOA Results, Learning Materials, Teachers’ Professional Development Needs, Mental Health Check, School Safety and Protection, School Assessment on Facilities and Equipment, and School Partnership.
Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, teachers, student-representatives, shared ideas, suggestions, and strategic interventions after the presenters discussed the hindering factors under their project or assigned task.
The Second Quarter SMEA for SY 2023-2024 was indeed a successful and fruitful engagement, for it is also served as the basis for the improvement of the projects and programs of the school.
