On October 9, 2024, the school formally launched Intramurals 2024 with the theme, “Unleash Your Inner Champion: Embrace Unity and Strive for Excellence,” featuring a range of activities for both students and teachers to enjoy. Led by hosts Mrs. Ma. Andrea S. Arbonida and Mr. John Christian S. Telimban, the event kicked off with a parade of participants, with all grade levels proudly representing their sections. The event was formally opened with the national anthem, led by the TVNHS drum and lyre corps.
Our Principal IV, Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, PhD, delivered the welcoming remarks, followed by a special presentation by the TVNHS drum and lyre. Mr. Rodan C. Aguirre, an alumnus of TVNHS (Batch 2021) and Volleyball MVP of NCAA Season 99, then gave an inspiring speech, motivating the budding athletes with words of encouragement. Mr. Isaias R. Paraiso, Jr., the OIC-Department Head of MAPEH, shared the statement of purpose, emphasizing the importance of discipline, camaraderie, and skills—qualities every great athlete should embody.
