TVNHS Conducts Second Quarter School Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (SPIRPA) S.Y. 2025-2026

The Second Quarter School Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (SPIRPA), which took place on September 17, 2025, at Tropical Village National High School’s audiovisual room, gave a full and detailed account of the continuous progress of school-based Projects, Programs, and Activities (PPAs) across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas. During the event, Principal IV, Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, together with the Department Heads, coordinators and proponents of projects, student organization presidents, and the presence of stakeholders such as barangay LGU, HOA, and other organizations in the community, witnessed and examined the alignment of implementation with planned targets, detected issues early on, and made timely, evidence-based changes.

The program started with the welcome remarks given by Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV. He emphasized the importance of reflective review to ensure that the school’s goals align with the Department of Education standards and mandates.

After the welcome remarks, project proponents and coordinators presented systematically the hindering factors that need to be addressed, the facilitating factors that provide support to sustain the program, and the ways forward to solve the problem and achieve the desired outcome.

During the SPIRPA, messages of support were given by the Barangay Chairman, Ryan T. Santor, and Barangay Councilors, Dennis L. Magsino, Chair, Committee on Education, Eduardo L. Umali, Elected Co-Chair, SGC, Noel C. Lacson, Leonardo C. Martinez, Orly C. Corpuz, Gary D. Lumagui, and SK Chairperson, Kevin Andrei C. Trinidad.

Barangay Chairman Hon. Ryan T. Santor reaffirmed the LGU’s unwavering commitment to support the school initiatives. He also shared the barangay plans and programs, such as the feeding program, the adopt-a-student program, and the various recognitions of JHS, SHS, and College Graduates of the Barangay who completed and graduated with honors and accomplishments.

The signing of MOA on Learners’ Safety was happened between the barangay LGU headed by Brgy. Chairperson Ryan T. Santor and Tropical Village National High School headed by Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV.

After all the presentations, Mrs. Analyn Cabantac, Teacher I, presented the summary of findings. Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Head Teacher III, also provided us with the final thoughts of the whole day event with her closing remarks.

The activity was concluded with a shared commitment to transparency, quality, and collaboration, fostering a supportive environment for Tropical Village National High School’s development and continuous growth and improvement.
