TVNHS Holds Recognition Rites 2024

Tropical Village National High School, under the leadership of Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, with the support of Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Head Teacher III, and Mrs. Susan C. Sibulo, Head Teacher I, teaching and non-teaching staff, successfully conducted its recognition rites with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino Para Sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas” at the school’s covered court this May 30.

Tropical Village National High School, under the leadership of Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, with the support of Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Head Teacher III, and Mrs. Susan C. Sibulo, Head Teacher I, teaching and non-teaching staff, successfully conducted its recognition rites with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino Para Sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas” at the school’s covered court this May 30.

The program began with the singing of the National Anthem, sung by the TVNHS Glee Club and led by TVNHS Drum and Lyre with Mrs. Carmina V. Lesondra, MAPEH Teacher. Ashley Lorraine T. Codoy, a 7th grade With Honors student, led the Pledge of Allegiance, while Mrs. Ma. Teresa A. Colada, AP Teacher, TVNHS Drum and Lyre, and Glee Club led the Gen. Trias Hymn.

The second part of the program commenced with the welcome remarks of Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, who delivered his message of thanks and congratulations to the academic awardees and proud parents.
Juliana Kim P. Diocton, with high honors, delivered a heartwarming and inspiring message of gratitude to all the people who became a part of her journey in junior high school, which she finished with flying colors as she received several awards.

The second part of the program commenced with the welcome remarks of Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, who delivered his message of thanks and congratulations to the academic awardees and proud parents. Also, distinguished guests, namely Brgy. Chairman, Hon. Ryan T. Santor, Brgy. Councilor, Hon. Leonardo Martinez, Brgy. Councilor, Hon. Noel Lacson, Brgy. Councilor, Orly Corpuz, Brgy. Councilor, Queenie Mar Cortez-Dela Cruz, Brgy. Councilor, Hon. Dennis Magsino, and Brgy. Councilor, Hon. Eduardo Umali, sent their congratulatory message to the students with honors and to the proud parents.

In addition, academic awardees were given medals in recognition of their exemplary performances for the school year 2023-2024. Outgoing SSLG officers from Grades 7-9 were also given recognition through a certificate of recognition for their immense service rendered. In the latter part of the program, Juliana Kim P. Diocton, with high honors, delivered a heartwarming and inspiring message of gratitude to all the people who became a part of her journey in junior high school, which she finished with flying colors as she received several awards.

Lastly, Mrs. Emma F. Zapico, SPTA President, ended the program with her closing remarks. In her message, she congratulated the parents and the awardees for all the hard work and determination they exerted in order for them to achieve such awards.
