Mrs. Jenilyn S. Loyola, Master Teacher I, was the first to be observed, and the principal immediately provided her with technical assistance. Likewise, comments and suggestions were also given to her.

Similarly, she received comments and suggestions after her observation.
The purpose of classroom observations are; to check and adjust a teacher’s performance, ensuring that students get the most out of their lessons, improving their academic performance, and thus improve the school’s overall performance.
